RV and boat storage in Spokane Valley
Covered canopy and open parking for motorhomes, trailers, boats and toys, with wide aisles and a gate that works.
- Locally owned
- Gated and camera-monitored
- Month to month
- Gate 6am–10pm daily
Space for the rig the driveway can't hold
We have covered canopy spaces up to 45 feet and open spaces up to 50, all on a gravel lot with aisles wide enough to swing a fifth wheel. The gate opens from the lot side with a sensor, so you're not punching a code with a trailer behind you.
Covered parking keeps the sun off the roof and the snow load off the slides. Open parking is the cheaper way to get the rig off the street and out of the HOA's letters.

Good for
What we park
Motorhomes and fifth wheels
Class A to Class C, up to 45 feet under cover.
Travel trailers
The most common thing on the lot. Most fit in a 30-foot space.
Boats
Ski boats, fishing boats and pontoons on trailers, for the drive to Liberty Lake or the Spokane River.
Toys
Snowmobile and ATV trailers, cargo trailers, a race car trailer or two.
Covered or open?
Covered spaces start at $129 a month and open spaces at $79. If the rig has slides, rubber roofing or a lot of sun-faded plastic, covered pays for itself. If it's a steel-roofed cargo trailer, open is fine.
Either way, you get a dump station, a wash-down area, and a spot to plug in for a few hours before a trip.

RV & Boat Storage questions
What's the longest rig you can take?+
45 feet under the canopy, 50 feet in the open spaces. Call if you're close to either; we'll measure a spot.
Can I work on my RV in the lot?+
Light prep before a trip, yes: loading, plugging in, washing. Mechanical work, no.
Is there power?+
There are plug-in posts near the wash area for charging a few hours before you leave. Spaces themselves aren't powered.
