Vehicle storage in Spokane Valley
Car and truck storage in Spokane Valley
A 10x20 or 10x30 unit for the car you don't drive in winter, or an open space for the truck.
- Locally owned
- Gated and camera-monitored
- Month to month
- Gate 6am–10pm daily
Keep it off the street and out of the salt
A 10x20 drive-up unit fits most cars with room to walk around; a 10x30 fits a full-size truck or a car plus a workbench. Both lock with your own lock, sit on a sealed floor and stay dry through the winter.
If it only needs to be off the street, an open parking space costs less and takes anything up to 50 feet.

Good for
Who uses vehicle storage
Summer cars
The convertible or the classic that sits out the salt season.
Deployments and long trips
A locked, dry unit while you're gone for months.
Project cars
Somewhere it can wait that isn't the driveway.
Work trucks and trailers
An open space near I-90 for the second truck or the dump trailer.
A few rules
The vehicle needs to be registered and insured, it needs to run (or arrive on a trailer), and a drip pan goes under anything that leaks. No fuel cans in the unit, and no working on the vehicle beyond a battery tender.

Vehicle Storage questions
Will a full-size pickup fit in a 10x20?+
Usually not with the mirrors folded in and the tailgate up, no. A crew cab wants a 10x30. A mid-size truck or any car fits a 10x20.
Can I keep a vehicle and boxes in the same unit?+
Yes. A 10x30 with a car in it still has about ten feet of floor at the back.
