Drive-up units in Spokane Valley
Drive-up storage units in Spokane Valley
Pull up to the door, roll it up, unload. Sizes from 5x10 to 10x30, month to month.
- Locally owned
- Gated and camera-monitored
- Month to month
- Gate 6am–10pm daily
The simplest storage there is
Drive-up units sit on wide paved aisles, so you back the truck right to the door. No hallways, no elevators, no carts unless you want one. Roll the door up, unload, roll it down, lock it.
They come in five sizes from a 5x10 to a 10x30 with double doors. Every unit has a steel roll-up door, a sealed concrete floor and a raised threshold that keeps meltwater out in March.

Good for
Who rents drive-up units
Moving between houses
A 10x20 holds a three-bedroom home while you're between closings.
Garage overflow
Tools, the lawn equipment, the camping gear: the stuff a Spokane Valley garage runs out of room for.
Contractors
A 10x30 near I-90 beats paying for a shop. Pull in, load up, go.

Built for Spokane winters
The aisles are plowed by morning after a snowfall and the thresholds are raised, so your unit stays dry through the spring thaw. Roll-up doors are weather-stripped and we check them on every walk of the lot.
Anything that minds the cold, from electronics to leather furniture, belongs in a climate-controlled unit instead. We'll tell you which is right when you call.

Drive-Up Storage Units questions
Can I drive right up to my unit?+
Yes. Every drive-up unit is on a paved aisle wide enough for a moving truck. Back up to the door and unload.
Are the units heated?+
Drive-up units aren't. They're dry and sealed, which is fine for most household goods. Electronics, photos, instruments and leather do better in climate control.
Is there a minimum rental?+
One month. After that it's month to month, and you can leave with ten days' notice.
